Well I used to not handle it very well at all, I would harm myself which, NEWS FLASH: It does nothing for you so don’t even think about trying it, it causes more harm and no good.
But recently, when I get angry I’ll write it down in my “Bitch Mode” journal that I keep under my nightstand. It’s filled with anger that I want to let out without directing it at someone else. That way, when people see my “anger” it’s far less then it would have been and just seems like irritation.
Oh and then sometimes I Hulk-out and go to this big tree in the woods in my house and smash rocks against it.
Why do I even bother?
All I ever try to do is the right thing and it NEVER ends up the right way.
I’m not going to try to be helpful to anyone anymore. I’ll be cold and cynical like everybody else.
Ace, she spent a ton of time bugging me for the name of the person who told, and I was unsure if I should say it or not, since I thought she was mad.
